Bidding Price & Terms The University of California will make the UC Hansen Trust Property available via a Sealed Bid Offering, subject to the provisions of the “Stull Act” (Public Contract Code Sections 10511-10513) which prescribes the manner of bidding. The University is required to select the highest bid which also conforms with all other published Bidding Requirements.
