Description:
The University of California is offering a unique opportunity to purchase a fully entitled residential development site in the City of Ventura, in coastal Southern California.  The ±35.67 acre University of California Hansen Trust Property is located at the SE corner of Telegraph Road and Saticoy Avenue, and is a relatively level infill site, with extensive public street frontage and no existing structures.

All discretionary project entitlements were fully approved in 2008 & 2009, and the site has been annexed into the City of Ventura.  The UC Hansen Trust Property will be sold to the highest bidder, via a sealed bid process in conformance with the State of California Stull Act.

Bidding Price & Terms 
The University of California will make the UC Hansen Trust Property available via a Sealed Bid Offering, subject to the provisions of the “Stull Act” (Public Contract Code Sections 10511-10513) which prescribes the manner of bidding.  The University is required to select the highest bid which also conforms with all other published Bidding Requirements.
