Scheduled Bidders Conference
In order to facilitate Prospective Bidders’ analysis of this opportunity, the UC Hansen Trust Property Project Manager/Broker and the City’s Community Development staff will host a Bidders Conference. The purpose of this event will be to provide Prospective Bidders with an overview of the property information and entitlement approvals, along with the opportunity to ask questions of the University’s Project Manager/Broker, Civil Engineer, and City of Ventura Staff.
